This project involves the full design, installation, and commissioning of all commercial plumbing and HVAC systems for a 36-room apartment building. The scope includes supplying and distributing hot and cold water, installing sanitary and storm drainage systems, setting up gas piping, and connecting all plumbing fixtures and appliances within each unit. The HVAC portion includes providing efficient heating and cooling systems, designing ductwork for proper air circulation, and installing ventilation, exhaust, and fresh air systems to ensure comfort and air quality throughout the building. The project also includes equipment testing, system balancing, and coordination with other trades to meet all safety codes, energy standards, and performance requirements prior to occupancy.
